Our Return Policy Our Policy is Simple and Fair:
If you aren't happy with your purchase and you pay to ship the item(s) back to Zimporter in good shape within 30 days from delivery we can either:
Refund Your Full Purchase or Offer a Full Credit towards another item.
We will arrange for the item to be picked up. Please re-use the original packaging and make sure that there is a proper amount of compost-able peanuts around each item. We Fully insure all of our carvings. If it is damaged during transit, simply contact us so we can send you a return shipping label and send a replacement item. If the same item is not available, we may offer a substitute item of equal value upon your approval.
